Worked as a Visual Identity Lead helping in the art direction and visual passes during the stages of production. This included providing feedback and reviewing assets if they matched the art bible.
I also co-lead the Environment Design Team as their manager organizing their tasks through Hack ‘n Plan, doing reports on the teams progress, working on KPIs and aiding in Gantt charts. Here I helped ensure production was kept in motion and the needs of the team were met.
